Purpose and Nature of the Workshop

This workshop is a facilitated group experience designed to support self care in professional women participants in personal growth, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. It is educational and experiential in nature and is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or medical treatment.

While therapeutic in tone, participation does not establish an ongoing therapist-client relationship beyond the scope of this workshop unless otherwise agreed upon separately.

  • There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or vulnerable elder.

  • Records are required by court order.

While I uphold confidentiality, please note that confidentiality among group members cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Participants are expected to honor and protect one another’s privacy.
